Program Description
East Salem Seventh-day Adventist Church operates an optional SMS messaging program to send volunteer scheduling notifications to church volunteers. Volunteers who choose to provide their cell phone number and check the SMS consent box during registration will receive text messages related to their volunteer shift assignments and reminders. Providing a phone number and consenting to SMS is optional — volunteers who prefer email-only notifications may register without providing a phone number.

Messages sent through this program include:
Message Frequency
You may receive up to 3 SMS messages per scheduled shift. Frequency varies based on the number of shifts you are scheduled for.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. East Salem Seventh-day Adventist Church does not charge for these messages. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent. If you change your mind, reply START to resubscribe.
How to Get Help
Reply HELP to any message or contact us at secretary@eastsalemchurch.org.
No Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is used solely for church volunteer coordination.
